Delivery

Container Care Solutions fulfils deliveries during regular business hours, which are Monday-Friday 7am-8pm. We will deliver your order to the submitted address, where it is assumed the customer will be able to accept the delivery.

If specific delivery requirements have not been agreed in advance or redelivery is required, you may be back-charged costs incurred by the transport company.

The standard point of delivery is to the kerbside or designated loading bay of the delivery address. If requested, Proof of Delivery (POD) can be provided.

Customers are responsible for disposal of packaging used to protect delivered items during transport. Container Care Solutions cannot dispose of packaging on your behalf, including pallets. All waste should be disposed of safely and appropriately.

Delivery fees for businesses and individuals based in non-palletised delivery areas are shown below.  

Scotland

  • Glasgow: £8
  • Aberdeen: £22

Returns

In the event that delivered items are damaged or faulty, you may request a refund that covers the cost of return shipping. Please contact us directly within 7 working days of receiving your delivery to claim a return.

Non-damaged items that are no longer wanted or needed can be returned within 28 days. Products must be unused to be returned and for the original payment to be refunded. Please note that the return of non-damaged items will not include shipping costs on the refund. An additional restocking fee may also apply.

If your order is not accepted for delivery, you will be charged for return shipping and restock fees.

In the case of customised items, we reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where goods are not damaged or faulty.
